Orders are shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase unless labeled *PRE-ORDER* Shipping times in Australia at the moment- Standard: 4-6 Business days. Express: 1-3 Business days. (Delays may occur in remote and rural areas) *Shipping prices subject to change without notice.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
All Returned items must be authorised within 14 days of purchase. Kurralee creek does not refund if: Change of mind or product is damaged due to consumer fault. Any reduced items cannot be returned. Kurralee creek accepts: Change of mind, any faults or blemishes on our part, selected wrong size. All returned items must have original packaging and tags intact to process refund.
